MoveFirst is a local-first app. Exercise and phone-usage data are handled on your device by default.

Information we handle
MoveFirst handles Apple's opaque tokens for the Screen Time targets you select, exercise counts, earned and used time, routines, settings, and on-device summaries. We do not read posts, messages, typed text, or browsing content inside other apps.
Camera and pose estimation
Camera frames and pose estimation are processed temporarily on device to count exercise reps. Raw images and video are never stored or sent, and raw pose frames are not persisted. Only aggregate results such as completed reps are saved.
Screen Time information
MoveFirst uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to apply app gates. Target information is handled on device and within the app's App Group for this functionality; it is not sent to an external server.
External sharing and third parties
V1 uses no external analytics, advertising SDK, or cloud sync. We do not sell exercise or Screen Time data handled by MoveFirst.
Your controls
From Settings, you can export a privacy-safe copy of your data, delete behavior history, delete movement credit, or reset app data. Removing MoveFirst from your iPhone also removes the app's local data.
